Tony Mazzullo
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony Mazzullo was appointed President and CEO of Veramark in January, 2008 and quickly rallied company resources behind a new strategic vision aligned with the rapidly evolving Telecom Expense Management (TEM) market. Tony is a seasoned veteran of the software consulting business and highly accomplished at delivering value in the arena of process improvement. For 25 years, he has demonstrated the ability to drive growth and profitability in both start-up and established corporations. He brings to his role at Veramark a range of skills in leading strategy, business development, sales, marketing, product development, professional services, operations and finance.
Under Tony's leadership, Veramark is expanding its TEM footprint and leading the market transition to Information Technology Financial Management (ITFM), which applies expense management methods and business intelligence tools to unified communications. As unified communications continues to propagate across corporate, government and educational markets, so will the demand for solutions that capture communications data from diverse systems and translate it into actionable information. Veramark is poised to meet this demand.
Josh Bouk
Senior Vice President, Global Services
Josh Bouk is responsible for Veramark's growing TEM Services business (BPO & SaaS), Customer Support, Implementation Services, Professional Services, and Customer Training. His overarching goal is to create and implement an unrivaled customer experience that will establish Veramark's reputation as a high-value-add partner to Fortune 1,000 global enterprises and mid-size companies alike. To this end, he has expanded and redefined Veramark's Telecom Expense Management (TEM) services to align with the company's growing capability to provide comprehensive communications management solutions.
In 2009, Josh received the Rochester Business Journal's prestigious '40 under 40' Award. This honor is bestowed each year upon exceptional business leaders under the age of 40 in the greater Rochester NY area.
Tom McAlees
Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Tom McAlees is responsible for strategic planning and leadership for all IT, operational, and engineering activities at Veramark.
Tom brings his personal passion for software architecture and process design to his leadership role at Veramark. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and engineering, application integration, configuration management and software consulting, Tom is well qualified to lead software organizations to higher levels of process maturity.
Ron Lundy
Vice President of Finance and CFO
As Vice President of Finance and CFO, Ron Lundy is responsible for Veramark's financial reporting and planning. Since joining Veramark in 1984, Ron has held a variety of financial management positions, including Corporate Controller from 1988 to 1993 and Treasurer from 1993 until his appointment to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining Veramark, Ron held various financial positions with Rochester Instrument Systems, Inc.
Ken Kogut
Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Ken Kogut is responsible for developing strategic partnerships that help Veramark grow business and expand into new markets.
Ken brought a wealth of business experience with him when he joined Veramark in 2007. Most recently, he was Director of Channel Sales/Business Development for Tiburon Associates LLC., a systems integration company that architects, designs and implements global enterprise NAS/SAN systems for the U.S. Intelligence community.
