Tony Mazzullo
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tony Mazzullo joined Veramark in January, 2008 and quickly rallied company resources behind a new strategic vision aligned with the emerging communications intelligence market. Tony is a seasoned veteran of the software consulting business and highly accomplished at delivering value in the arena of process improvement. For 25 years, he has demonstrated the ability to drive growth and profitability in both start-up and established corporations. He brings to his role at Veramark a range of skills in leading strategy, business development, sales, marketing, product development, professional services, operations and finance.
Tony was previously Senior Vice President of Operations at one of the nation's leading, publicly held software and professional services companies, where he had responsibility for revenue and profitability for consulting services and for the delivery and support of a line of eProcurement software products. Tony established the consulting services business as a profitable and fast growing segment of the business.
In 1999, Tony established and served as President and CEO of eTrack Solutions, a professional services company that helped organizations streamline operations and optimally apply software applications to their business. After eTrack Solutions was sold in 2001 to Manchester Technologies, Tony continued to serve as President of the Manchester Software Division. Under Tony's leadership, the division grew to become an important strategic component of the software products and related services offered by Manchester.
A Rochester, New York native, Tony holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Accounting/Finance from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business.
Josh Bouk
Vice President of Customer Services
Josh Bouk is charged with creating and implementing a customer experience that will establish Veramark's reputation as a high-value-add partner to Fortune 1,000 global enterprises and mid-size companies alike. He is responsible for Veramark's growing Managed Services business, Customer Support, Field Engineering, Professional Services and Customer Training.
Josh has 15 years of experience building software and technology businesses through the creation of customer-focused sales, marketing, consulting, delivery and support organizations. Most recently, he was COO of Connected Energy Corporation, where he was instrumental in successfully positioning the company for acquisition by BPL Global – a global leader in this space – and securing a positive outcome for CEC's investors and employees.
Josh began his career at Millennium Computer Corp., where he held leadership roles in engineering, project management and sales. During his tenure, Josh helped build company revenues from $3M to $53M. Josh further expanded his management skills as Managing Director of ePlus Consulting, a division of publicly traded ePlus, inc. In that role, Josh successfully grew the division by establishing a reputation of quality, value and integrity across the ePlus customer base.
Josh holds two Bachelor degrees (in Computer Science and Mathematics) from the State University of New York, and serves on the Board of Directors of Digital Rochester and the Boards of Trustees of Roberts Wesleyan College and Northeastern Seminary. Josh also serves as an advisor to Blue Hill Partners, a Philadelphia-based energy-sector VC firm.
Tom McAlees
Vice President of Engineering and Operations
Tom McAlees is responsible for strategic planning and leadership for all technical, operational, and engineering activities at Veramark.
Tom brings his personal passion for software architecture and process design to his leadership role at Veramark. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and engineering, application integration, configuration management and software consulting, Tom is well qualified to lead software organizations to higher levels of process maturity.
A strong proponent of Software Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Software as a Service (SaaS), Tom is helping Veramark develop and deliver the organization's communications management solutions in the most efficient manner possible.
Tom balances his appreciation for elegant design with an understanding of the market realities that shape successful business strategies. His people skills and ability to clearly and persuasively articulate his vision enable him to effectively guide the organizations he leads, and the customers they serve, to better solutions that yield greater value.
Tom's most recent position was Vice President of Engineering and Consulting at a leading national software consultancy, where led a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of solutions based on both Microsoft and Java technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York.
Ron Lundy
Vice President of Finance and CFO
As Vice President of Finance and CFO, Ron Lundy is responsible for Veramark's financial planning and record-keeping, for communicating financial performance and forecasts to shareholders and the analyst community, and for financial risk management.
Since joining Veramark in 1984, Ron has held a variety of financial management positions, including Corporate Controller from 1988 to 1993 and Treasurer from 1993 until his appointment to his current position in 2007. Prior to joining Veramark, Ron held various financial positions with Rochester Instrument Systems, Inc.
Ron holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Ken Kogut
Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Ken Kogut is responsible for developing strategic partnerships that help Veramark grow business and expand into new markets.
Ken brought a wealth of business experience with him when he joined Veramark in 2007. Most recently, he was Director of Channel Sales/Business Development for Tiburon Associates LLC., a systems integration company that architects, designs and implements global enterprise NAS/SAN systems for the U.S. Intelligence community. Ken managed all sales and business development efforts for the company, increased bid opportunities, and developed key partnerships with contractors and carriers that drove new business.
Prior to joining Tiburon, Ken was Director of Channel Management for Marconi, a global telecommunications equipment, services and solutions company with offices around the world. Ken managed a national channel program to recruit, train and develop certified resellers and integrators to sell the company's video conferencing solution, and developed partnerships with leading medical schools that selected the virtual presence solution as the cornerstone of their telemedicine program.
Ken's experience also includes a stint as Director of Product Marketing at Enterasys Networks, an enterprise network solution provider, where he managed comprehensive global marketing of the company's network LAN switch products.
