VeraSMART Implementation Management

The implementation of a VeraSMART® system — from placing the order to bringing the system into operation — requires the coordinated effort of both customer and VeraSMART support specialists. We will work with you to prepare your site for installation in three stages:

Planning - This stage is primarily designed for introductions of the Veramark team, a review of your order, preparation and planning prior to the Workshop session. You will receive an Implementation Guide which will outline all steps necessary for the success of the project.

We'll help you plan a seamless installationWorkshop/Training - The workshop is conducted by telephone or at your site to help the project team members in the planning and information gathering phase of the implementation. This session includes a review of the material discovered during the consultant's visit and how your Veramark software will be utilized in your environment.

Preparation and Installation - This stage consists of ordering the system server, completing the module and site worksheets, as well as preparing for data conversion. Call Detail Record collection components are also installed and fully tested.

Training Services

Getting Started training - Our Getting Started sessions include a standardized curriculum that allows users to understand all Veramark software modules, help in effectively managing their communications infrastructure, reduce costs and generate higher productivity. These sessions generally last three to four days; the overall length of training is dependent on the modules purchased.

Classrooms at our Rochester, NY training facility can accommodate from one to eight students. Additional participants can be added if required. PCs are available for each Trainee to provide 'hands-on' access and show ease of use to the software.  A 'break room' with phone and Internet access is available for students required to check with their offices, if required.

Getting Started training will introduce you to your softwareEnd-user training - We can also provide detailed training to specified users on specific product modules in a live environment, as your needs dictate. The length of training is adjusted to suite your requirements.

For those individuals who wish to review or revisit the information learned in the Getting Started training sessions, we also offer refresher training. The session length is dependent on the material selected for review.

We can assist you with compiling and converting your organization information into the pre-defined Veramark software format. Implementation Management services are required to define the scope of work required. You may also choose to purchase an additional day of installation time.
