VeraSMART "Getting Started" Training

Our in-depth Getting Started sessions,  for new VeraSMART customers, include a standardized curriculum that provides an understanding of all VeraSMART components, help in effectively managing their communications infrastructure,
cost reduction and productivity improvement. These sessions generally last three to four days; the overall length of training is dependent on the components purchased.

For those individuals who wish to review or revisit the information learned in the Getting Started training sessions, we also offer refresher training. The session length is dependent on the material selected for review. Please contact your Veramark representative for more information.

VeraSMART Advanced End User Training

We can also provide detailed training to specified users on specific product components in a live environment, as your needs dictate. The length of training is adjusted to suite your requirements. Please contact your Veramark representative for more information.

Our Training Facility

Training classes are presented at Veramark headquarters in Pittsford NY, a suburb of Rochester. Our modern training facility can accommodate up to eight students.

Application-loaded PCs are available for each student to provide an interactive learning experience with "hands-on" access. In addition to covering the course outline, our experienced instructors are adept at eliciting real-world problems and experiences from the class, and using them as departure points for group discussion.

A break room with phone and Internet access provides spaces for students to relax or check in with their home offices. Lunch is provided each day and refreshments are available during morning and afternoon breaks.

Each student receives a printed training workbook, which includes practice exercises designed to reinforce the skills learned in class. Upon completion of the the course, each student is present with a Veramark University Certificate of Attendance.
