VeraSMART 7.0 offers user-configurable dashboards and comes with over 55 standard report templates with flexible filters and output options. Customers can create thousands of unique reports based on these templates—VeraSMART transforms raw data into valuable information to assist managers so they can make informed business decisions.

VeraSMART 7.0 features enhanced technologies designed to reduce expenses, boost productivity and enhance decision making through centralized information management. The release offers new Telecom Expense Management (TEM) management features, additional integration with the Microsoft® environment, user-configurable dashboards, and enhanced support for diverse enterprise and carrier networks.

Several key VeraSMART 7.0 features include:

• A user-configurable, multi-step invoice approval process with dollar thresholds, aligns the telecom spend approval process with corporate accounting standards
• Enhanced vendor invoice trend monitoring, allows the user to define and focus on the "Top 5" or "Top 10" telecom expense accounts
• New spend and utilization analysis reporting, such as configuring a "Blackberry® Usage by Cost Center" analysis report, shows the audited status of devices, whether or not it is in use
• Advanced wireless usage and exception reporting, identifies usage patterns falling outside the terms of the wireless plan—offering optimization strategies for wireless services
• Closed-loop verification of accounts payable data completes the loop of bi-directional feeds in the AP systems.  VeraSMART 7.0 can receive and attach to its work flow to payment verifications from accounts payable—allowing organizations to avoid late payment penalties
