courses are held each month at our Rochester, NY training facility. For those who prefer the convenience of online learning, we also offer a reasonably-priced eLearning classes with 3 months of unlimited online course access.

Classes are presented at Veramark headquarters
in Rochester, NY. Our modern telecom expense management training facility can accommodate up to eight students per session.
Application-loaded PCs are available for each student to provide an interactive learning experience with "hands-on" access. In addition to covering the course outline, our experienced instructors are adept at eliciting real-world problems and experiences from the class, and using them as departure points for group discussion.
Wireless Internet access is available through our guest login. Lunch is provided each day and refreshments are available during morning and afternoon breaks.
Each student receives a printed training workbook, designed to reinforce the skills learned in class. Upon completion of the course, each student is presented with a Veramark University Certificate of Attendance.
