Premises-based, licensed software

Hosted SaaS (Software as a Service)
Veramark hosts all communications management hardware and software, and performs daily back-up and monthly archiving of all data with off-site data storage for the life of the agreement. The customer manages the TEM solution and runs all scheduled and ad-hoc reporting via the VeraSMART Web interface.
Fully outsourced and managed business process
Our outsourced Telecom Expense Management services allow you to leverage the skills and experience of our TEM team to maximize your expense reductions while minimizing the drag on your internal resources. This delivery option lets you leave day-to-day operations to our experts while you focus your team on strategic objectives. You retain full Web access to the VeraSMART system to monitor performance, provide approvals and generate reports as desired.
