Inventory Audit and Optimization is a results-oriented, risk-managed methodology for:

The Veramark TEM Services team delivers Inventory Audit and Optimization in three phases: services and cost inventory, process assessment and recommendations, and process plan implementation.

Services and cost inventory 

  • Develop an inventory of service providers, invoices, contracts, services, service components, and charges
  • Perform voice and wireless services line checks to confirm technical availability, identify orphaned services, and validate that invoiced services belong to the invoiced organization
  • Document financial errors and inefficiencies observed in the baseline inventory and make error correction and optimization recommendations
  • Develop and recommend a set of best practices for ongoing telecom service management
