Many of our clients subscribe to one or more or our telecom managed services, recognizing the value of tapping our TEM expertise while allowing their own staff to focus on their core business. Some of our customers outsource their entire TEM solution to Veramark, to minimize their operational overhead, ensure stable, predictable costs, and achieve the highest possible level of system performance and telecom savings. All Veramark managed services utilize VeraSMART technology – Veramark's proprietary technology platform.
Veramark telecom managed services include:
- Invoice Management – Veramark manages the receipt and processing of all telecom invoices. We receive invoices in electronic form when possible – and paper form when necessary – and enter all into the VeraSMART database. Veramark incorporates proven processes for vendor management, from invoice receipt through payment processing. We proactively manage missing invoices and failed/erred electronic files, ensuring effective and timely processing.
- Cost Allocations/Accounts Payable Feeds – Veramark will apply cost center allocations and assign general ledger codes based upon your company's requirements. We prepare your invoices for payment and provide reporting that allows you to review and upload the feeds into your financial software for payment.
- Dispute Management – Veramark will vigorously pursue the recovery of credits on your behalf for any carrier overcharges. We will file issues with carriers and track them in the system from inception to resolution.
- Ordering and Provisioning Management – Through VeraSMART's MySMART Portal, Veramark manages the O&P process end to end, from initial requisition and approval to fulfillment and deployment. This service virtually eliminates off-contract orders and helps you meet your minimum annual revenue commitment (MARC) contract requirements.
- Inventory and Contract Management – Veramark performs inventory reconciliation, handles inventory location management and contact management, provides related inventory management functions and supported services management. We conduct ongoing tracking/management of contract dates, bonus credits, SLA compliance, and MARC attainment.
- Reporting – You can engage our managed services team to generate and distribute VeraSMART reports to key personnel throughout your organization. You can review data, create ad hoc reports as needed, and access standard reports online. Optional advanced reporting/analytics are also available.
- Bill payment (optional) – For a single monthly payment, Veramark will pay all approved carrier bills on your behalf.
- Wireless and wireline help desk services (optional) – Every call is answered promptly by trained professionals in our U.S. based call center. Our wireless help desk team will assist callers in resolving issues related to wireless device problems and usability issues. Our wireline help desk team will get your dial tone back if wireline service fails at any of your locations. We make it our business to know every local telecom provider servicing each of your offices, so we know exactly who to call and how to get swift action to resolve connectivity issues.
