Identify and Eliminate Unnecessary Telecom Expenses

Process

Our TCE process can be completed in 6 to 8 weeks. We gather 1 to 3 months of invoices – electronic invoices whenever possible; hardcopy if necessary. We will uncover billing issues for local, long distance, and wireless telecom services. Cost avoidance opportunities will typically present themselves for both usage based and data driven services.

Deliverables

• We will create an inventory of the most critical services in your organization's telecom network and benchmark the price points for those services.
• We will review your telecom organization's existing policies, capabilities, and controls
• Our analysis is then converted into reporting that details realizable savings, including: (1) A detailed listing of dispute claims that may be filed with vendors immediately; (2) An outline of telecom network optimization and design opportunities; and (3) A benchmark & assessment of contract rates against recent telecom market data.
• Finally, we will recommend improvements to existing processes and policies used to manage your organization's expenses.
