VeraSMART 8.0 goes global!

Many Veramark customers are international enterprises with global communications networks. And now we can do more to help them manage their global network usage and expenses.

VeraSMART Communications Management SuiteVeraSMART 8.0 introduces new international call rating capabilities. This optional functionality is designed for organizations with switches located outside the North American Numbering Plan (NANP) and includes more than 130,000 global city and country codes and multi-currency call detail record (CDR) rating. Optional services include a rate table service as well as international usage tracking.

VeraSMART 8.0 allows international organizations to apply communications management and process optimization on a global scale, maximizing enterprise savings and competitive advantage.

Tighter integration keeps data in sync

VeraSMART 8.0 features a new directory synchronization option, a powerful data management option that facilitates data integration across all deployed components of the VeraSMART 8.0 Communications Management Suite. Directory synchronization allows the customer to map Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory data to the VeraSMART database and synchronizes personnel, billing number, and authorization codes with LDAP directories automatically. All currently supported versions of LDAP are included.

Automatic directory synchronization eliminates manual effort and ensures that data is accurate and up to date.

Improved usability

VeraSMART 8.0 includes user interface and navigation enhancements that are based on focus group research and designed to support non-technical users and speed adoption. Because VeraSMART is easier to use and more intuitive, end users in your organization will use it more effectively to manage your communications and generate savings.

Greater scalability

VeraSMART 8.0 scales from 50 billing numbers and one premises switch for small organizations, to unlimited billing numbers and unlimited telecom usage sources for large enterprise businesses. Now even small organizations can take advantage of VeraSMART, with the confidence that they will never outgrow the capabilities and benefits that it offers.

We've added value throughout the VeraSMART Suite.
