International Call Rating

The International Call Rating option provides CDR rating for US multinationals with CDR sources located outside the North American Numbering Plan (NANP). This option:

• Includes more than 130,000 global city and country dialing codes that appear in reports in the Call Destination column.
• Includes multi-currency CDR rating, with both the system currency and the local currency stored in the VeraSMART database. The local currency is defined by rate plan—either user-defined rate plans or optional rate plans.
• Provides an optional rate table service for local, national and international rate plans.

EZ-Share

The optional EZ-Share™ middleware solution allows users to create custom data exports for integration with third-party applications such as General Ledgers, ERP, or Human Resource systems, and for custom reporting applications.

This instructive wizard will guide you through selecting, defining, and formatting VeraSMART data for export. It offers a number of powerful and flexible tools that provide you with much more than a simple "data dump":

• Export data in summary or detail format
• Define an EZ-Share export once and save it, then generate saved EZ-Share exports on-demand or on a scheduled basis
• Clone and modify an existing EZ-Share export to create a new variation of that export file
• Build intelligence into exported data: merge VeraSMART fields to create a new value for the export file or perform binary arithmetic on VeraSMART raw data to create new "supplemental" fields
• Enhance an exported data file by applying an incremental record identifier
• Initiate a "post-process" – such as an executable or a batch process – on exported EZ-Share file(s) automatically to solve a wide range of data integration or custom reporting problems

Directory Synchronization

The VeraSMART Directory Synchronization option provides all currently supported versions of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), allows users to map LDAP directory data to the VeraSMART database, and provides ongoing directory synchronization. Directory Synchronization will keep Personnel, Billing Number, and Authorization Codes in sync with LDAP directories automatically.
