What is VeraSMART Call Analytics?

VeraSMART Call Analytics, the seamless upgrade for eCAS usersCall Analytics is the core component of the modular VeraSMART Communications Management Suite. It's the seamless upgrade path for eCAS users in search of increased flexibility and functionality. Call Analytics includes:

  • Favorites – allows each user to create quick links to the VeraSMART pages they most often use, saving time and reducing "clicks" for everyday tasks.
  • Organization – keeps user and resource information synchronized across the system.
  • Call Accounting – captures call detail records (CDRs) from VOIP/PBX switches and other network sources, calculates usage charges, and allows charges to be assigned to extensions, personnel, or other user-defined billing numbers.
  • Reporting and Data Analytics – user-configurable dashboards and extensive library of report templates with flexible filters and output options let users create unlimited reports customized to their specific requirements.
